Glynis has been making art in various
forms for many years. Upon relocating to the Washington DC area, she had the
opportunity to pursue her love of painting and study with some of the modern day
masters. The influences of Diane Tesler, Kurt Schwarz, Trisha Adams and Michael
Francis have all been very important in her development as a painter.
Recently Glynis's works have been juried and exhibited in the Washington DC
area, where she is a member of the Art League, Del Ray Artisans and the League
of Reston Artists.
She enjoys creating still life, landscapes and the occasional pet portrait.
Glynis believes that art should be affordable.
She works under the constant supervision and scrutiny of Winslow, the wonder dog
and art critic.
Glynis is now part of the blogging community!
