Artist's Statement
Terri’s photography is simply a reflection of her beliefs: every day is a gift. She strives to capture moments in time both ordinary and extraordinary. It is the artistry of a photograph that makes an emotional connection. Inspiration is everywhere. A falling leave, a grove of golden trees, shelves of fabric, red morning skies, evening golden light, a stylish window display on Fifth Avenue. Terri also has an extensive collection of prints and cards. Travel photography, landscape and still life photography are currently a large part of her portfolio. I share my work and adventures on Instagram and Facebook. My work can be seen every day at Gateway Gallery and my studio, across the hall from the Gallery.

I found this scale at an antique store with a tag that read "Patent Pending, 1800s." It was the inspiration to create a vintage look to this photograph.
