Artist's Statement
Meredith Hilt specializes in jewelry and mixed media techniques. A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (PA), she spent several decades working in the graphic design field. Meredith likes to merge original, graphic elements together with materials such as precious metal, wood or stone. She loves seeing how her designs can embellish something mundane into a piece of artwork. Using her hands and imagination, Meredith creates unique pieces with a contemporary flair.
